The latter scenario, known as decking out, transpires when a player is unable to draw a card when required, adding an additional layer of strategic depth to the game.
While Jolteon got a bit lost in the brightness of its surroundings, Flareon is still distinctly visible as the clear centerpiece, even with a massive crown on its small head
Meanwhile, Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign is one of the most interesting build-around commanders in the set, facilitating a brand-new archetype in odd-converted-mana-cost tribal (while still being fine on its own, with the double evasion making it pretty easy to draw an extra card each turn if you can't cast that card for free), while Varina, Lich Queen finally unites all of the colors of Zombies, so if you are looking to add the white Amonkhet Zombies to the blue Innistrad Zombies on the traditional black Zombie base, she's the best (and only on-tribe) option for your commander
Theres not much to say about this that doesnt apply to all of these ramp cards, but its an auto-include basically anywhere you can fit it, even if green isnt the color that needs that bit more ramp
Now that's a puzzle
