march of the machine cards mtg Commander Deck (1 of 5) The entire Multiverse rallies together for one epic climactic battle A First Look at March

I previously spoke about my disappointment with the SpongeBob SquarePants Secret Lair product, at the time mainly focusing on the choice to reuse art from the show

If a card is discarded while Rest in Peace is on the battlefield, abilities that function when a card is discarded (such as madness) still work, even though that card never reaches a graveyard

2 Aragorn, The Uniter Heir Of Isildur Returns Playing four colors opens up a wider range of options to you, and playing Aragorn, the Uniter, you are setting yourself up for an extremely rewarding scenario

let's say an opponent has a Seeborn Muse, a really juicy option

But its second ability also means you can protect yourself against things like counterspells or removals that could stagger or even ruin your combo

For example, if you give your Mother of Runes protection from red, it cant be dealt damage by Blasphemous Act, but damage from Bushwhack still takes it down, provided it comes from a non-red creature
