Bourgogne Blanc 2024 Capacity:75 cl even the uninitiatedThe wines of La Cadette de Vzelay are a true ode to their Burgundian terroir. Cultivated without the use of chemicals, these wines are made from Chardonnay grapes grown in clay limestone soils. They benefit from meticulous care, with vinification in tanks without additives, thus respecting certified organic methods. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 7 to 9 months enhances their authentic character while preserving their natural vibrancy.
