Vent d'Est 2021 Capacity:75 cl On these exceptional terroirsHand harvested grapes and the use of carbonic maceration for the Syrah give this blend a unique complexity. The Cabards terroir, combining Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, allows for a harmonious union of Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Grown on clay limestone slopes at an altitude of 300 meters, this wine offers a velvety texture, intense aromas of black fruit, and a refreshing, minty finish. A pleasure to share now or to cellar.
