Pascal Robin Chablis ‘Vallee Sebillon’ - 2023 NearyNógs Chocolate The 2009 Brunello di MontalcinoA good textured and refreshing Chablis displaying citrus and mineral notes. Aged for 30% in oak barrel in an underground cellar where humidity and temperature are constant, this Chablis is composed and at ease. Chablis LOr aux Fes, is named after Pascal Robins two daughters, Laurane and Ophlie. A good exemple of Chablis.
