Headlands Distilling Co. 'Apera Cask Batch 3' Various Size Samples Maple Cask dug by handDistilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021. The first release sold out rapidly, with the second and third releases a step above! Batch 2 was awarded silver at the 2021 London Spirits Competition. Marmalade and dried fruit peel combine with hints of walnuts, complex toasted oak, baked pears and vanilla in this Australian whisky. The whisky in this release was distilled and barrelled in the coastal town of Wollongong in 2016. It has been finished in oak
