Extracted from a rare late-17th century geography compendium which had this map (as well as a profusion of similarly appealing world-wide maps & views) prepared specifically for it

each image is historically interesting and well worthy of display

a thin line of adhesion at bottom centerfold due to a very old and well done paper repair to close a 3" split along the centerfold- resulting in a very minor loss of surface (easy to overlook and not distracting visually)
